All withdrawals are processed back to the same method of deposit and we will need to verify your account before any cash out is approved. Before any withdrawal request can be processed the customer is required to make at least one successful deposit and present their identification documents:

What You Need:

  • A valid Photo ID (Driver's License, Passport, or National ID card).

  • Any cards used for deposits: We need to see the first 6 and last 4 digits of the card number. Keep the middle digits and CVV number hidden for your safety.

  • Proof of Address: A recent utility bill or bank statement (dated within the last 3 months). Ensure it's a clear image or digital copy—no screenshots, please.

  • Make at least one successful deposit of $35 to complete the verification process.

Occasionally, we may request additional verification to meet our regulatory and security obligations. This may include a recent selfie with your ID, a live video call verification, or confirmation of your Bitcoin wallet or bank account ownership. Verification needs to be initiated within 7 days of your payout request and completed within 30 days. Failure to complete verification within this timeframe could lead to account deactivation and voiding of winnings.

We aim to review all new verification images within 2 business days. If we require any further clarification or documents, this may delay the process slightly until the account is fully verified. Once your account is fully verified your withdrawal will be reviewed within 3 business days.

The documents need to be approved before any pay out is enabled on the account. Maximum withdrawal amount is set at $4000 a week. If account accumulate higher balance than maximum weekly limit the remaining balance will be paid in weekly instalments.
